Terms of use

The short version: use AgEzy for your own farm business, keep your own records accurate, and do not try to reach anybody else's.

Your account

One account, one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself — anything done with your account is treated as done by you. If your role in an organisation gives you access to its records, that access ends when an Admin removes you from it.

Your organisation's data

The records entered into an organisation belong to that organisation, not to us and not to whichever member typed them in. Its Admins decide who may see and change them. We store and process them on the organisation's behalf so the app can do its job.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to an organisation you are not a member of.
• Do not probe, load-test or reverse-engineer the service without written permission.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to store.

Availability

AgEzy is designed to keep working offline and to sync when signal returns, but the service itself is provided as-is: there is no uptime guarantee, and maintenance sometimes means a short interruption. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Records and compliance

AgEzy helps you keep records. It does not tell you which records the law requires you to keep, and using it is not a substitute for your own compliance advice. Chemical, biosecurity and workplace-safety obligations remain yours.

Ending it

You can stop using AgEzy and delete your account at any time — see deleting your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to break these terms.

Liability

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited. Beyond those, our liability for any claim relating to AgEzy is limited to what you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
